Using Indefinite Articles - 'a' and 'an'

Grammar rule:

We always use 'a' before words that start with a consonant sound - even if the first letter of the following word is not a consonant. For example: 'a dog', a 'bed', a 'university'.

We always use 'an' before words that start with a vowel sound - even if the first letter of the following word is not a vowel. For example: 'an electrician', 'an armchair', 'an hour'.
